They Tried It

Hosted by founder, speaker and culture strategist Lindiwe Davis, They Tried It explores the lived experiences of women with a strong focus on Black and Brown women who found the courage to speak up in challenging workplaces. Through honest storytelling, coaching moments, and real conversations about retaliation, resilience, and reclaiming your voice, this podcast is a home for those who refuse to shrink. Because speaking up has a cost—but it also has a future.
