Black Podcasting Awards runs on the expertise of experienced Black podcasters, media makers, and content creators who believe this community deserves real recognition.
As a volunteer judge, you score submitted audio excerpts (up to 5 minutes each) on a 0–10 scale across multiple criteria. The time commitment is roughly one hour per week over 8–10 weeks — all remote, all on your schedule.
Your scores and comments go directly to applicants. That feedback is one of the most valued parts of applying. You make it matter.
